Description
The technical foundation of all of the Silverpeas projects.
Provides Silverpeas custom annotations for adding semantic value to objects and to their
properties.
Provides the mechanism to load any l10n bundles and configuration properties for Silverpeas.
Provides an API to manage caches whatever their implementation.
Provides a representation of a cache whatever the underlying implementation used to motorize
